1. No Account Required
Casino Montreal City App does not require you to create an account, provide an email address, or register in any way. You can use all core features — browsing dining and events, making reservations, and tracking bookings — without providing any personal information.
2. Local Storage — Your Bookings Stay on Your Device
Reservation and booking data you create in the app is stored locally on your device using Hive, an embedded database. This data is never uploaded to a server, shared with third parties, or accessible by us. If you delete the app, your data is deleted with it.
Preferences such as your chosen theme (light, dark, or system) are stored using your device's local preferences storage and remain on-device.
3. Support Form
The app includes an optional in-app support form that lets you contact Guest Services. When you submit this form, you voluntarily provide contact details (such as your name and email address) and optionally attach a photo from your gallery or camera. This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not stored, processed, or shared beyond that purpose.
You are never required to use the support form. If you prefer, you can contact us directly at support@casinomontrealcityapp.com.
4. No Third-Party Services or Analytics
Casino Montreal City App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or telemetry services. The app does not connect to external servers to report usage, collect crash logs, or monitor in-app behaviour. All content — dining listings, event data, and local spots — is bundled within the app itself.
5. No Internet Required for Core Features
The app's core functionality works without an internet connection. Content is loaded from bundled local assets. No data is sent or received in the background.
6. Children's Privacy
Casino Montreal City App is designed for users aged 19 and above, consistent with the minimum age for casino access in Québec. The app does not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in an updated version of this page. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
